We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and supporting candidates through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and hiring priorities from department heads.
Prepare and publish job descriptions on job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to the required qualifications and experience.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
Evaluate candidates’ communication skills, experience, salary expectations, notice period, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and interview panels for timely feedback.
Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Negotiate salary and employment terms within the approved budget.
Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment-related documents.
Collect and verify candidates’ documents before joining.
Coordinate joining formalities and assist with employee onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Develop relationships with colleges, consultants, placement agencies, and other recruitment partners.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
Perform other recruitment and HR-related responsibilities assigned by management.

What we are looking for.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also be considered for junior positions.
Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, social media recruitment, and applicant-tracking systems.
Basic knowledge of employment documentation and onboarding processes.
Required Skills

Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Quality and suitability of shortlisted candidates.
Interview-to-selection and selection-to-joining ratios.
Offer acceptance and candidate joining rates.
Turnaround time for closing open positions.
Accuracy of recruitment records and reports.
Candidate and hiring-manager satisfaction.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in IT, corporate, bulk, or non-IT recruitment.
Existing professional network and candidate database.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and employer branding.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
