Who we are

Delve Delegates operates two practices — Delve HR Solution (recruitment and executive search) and Delve Stamping Solution (stamping and document execution). What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. There are two forms on this website.

Enquiry form

When you submit an enquiry we record your name, email address, mobile number, and the message you write. If you fill them in, we also record your company, designation and state. We record which service you selected so the enquiry reaches the right team.

Job applications

When you apply for a role we record your name, email address, mobile number, the CV or resume file you upload, and your cover letter if you write one. Your CV is stored privately and is not accessible from a public web address.

Automatically

Our web server keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostics. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling or third-party scripts on this website — no data about your visit is sent to any other company.

Why we hold it

Enquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry and to carry out the work you ask us to do. Application details are used to assess your suitability for the role you applied for and, where relevant, for other roles we think may suit you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else sees it

Enquiry and application notifications are delivered by our email provider, and the website and its database are held with our hosting provider. Where we are engaged on a recruitment mandate, candidate details are shared with the specific client for that mandate — and only with your knowledge. We may disclose information where the law requires it. Beyond that, nobody else receives your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Applications and CVs are retained so that we can consider you for future roles. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will delete your record.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ravi@delvedelegates.com and we will action it. There is no charge, and asking will not affect any application you have with us.

Cookies

This website sets two cookies, both strictly necessary: one that keeps your session, and one that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Neither tracks you, neither is shared, and there are no advertising or analytics cookies — which is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Security

Uploaded CVs are stored outside the public web root. Access to the enquiry and application records is limited to authenticated staff accounts. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not keep payment details or identity documents on this website, so there is little here to lose.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and working professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be notified directly.
