Who we are
Delve Delegates operates two specialised businesses: Delve HR (executive search and recruitment) and Synq by Delve (stamping and document execution). We are based at 4th Floor, Arjuna Apartments, Ghitorni, New Delhi 110030.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Enquiry form: your name, work email, phone number, and optionally your company, designation and state, together with the message you write and which business you selected.
- Job applications: the above, plus the CV file you attach.
We do not buy contact data, and we do not build profiles of visitors who do not contact us.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie and a CSRF token cookie. Both are strictly necessary: the first keeps your form state across a page load, the second protects the form from cross-site request forgery. We run no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts, and no fonts or assets are loaded from a third-party CDN.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry or application, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
CVs
A CV you attach is stored on private storage, not on the public web, and is accessible only to authorised Delve Delegates staff through our internal dashboard.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ravi@delvedelegates.com and we will action it.
Changes
If what this site collects changes (if we add analytics, a chat widget or a tracking pixel), this page changes with it, and the date above is updated.
