Using this website

You may read, print and share pages of this site for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site's design, text or images to build a competing service, scrape it in bulk, or attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

Enquiries and quotations

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Submitting the enquiry form starts a conversation — it does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or commit either of us to anything. Work begins only once scope, commercial terms and timelines are agreed in writing between us. Any indication of turnaround or availability given before that point is an estimate, not a commitment.

Accuracy of stamping and compliance information

The stamping pages describe the mechanisms available in India — stamp papers, e-stamping, franking, eSBTR, revenue stamps, special adhesive stamps and Aadhaar eSign — in general terms. Stamp duty is a state subject: rates, instruments and the mechanisms a state supports change, and what applies to your document depends on the instrument, the state and the transaction.

Treat this website as background, not as legal or tax advice. Do not rely on it to decide how a particular document should be stamped. Ask us about your specific case, and take your own legal advice where the amounts or the risk warrant it.

Recruitment services

We do not guarantee that any search will result in a placement, or that any candidate introduced will accept an offer or remain in a role for a given period. Fees, replacement terms and exclusivity are set out in the engagement agreement for each mandate, and that agreement takes precedence over anything written here.

Applying through this site does not create an employment relationship or any obligation on us to interview or respond within a fixed period. The Delve Delegates name, logo, page content and design are ours or licensed to us. Third-party names mentioned on the site — banks, authorities and government schemes — belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it. That includes the WhatsApp link, which opens a third-party service governed by its own terms.
