e-Signing (Aadhaar eSign / DSC)
Digital document execution through Aadhaar eSign and DSC-enabled secure workflows.
Overview
What e-Signing (Aadhaar eSign / DSC) actually involves
Electronic signatures under the Information Technology Act come in two practical forms. Aadhaar eSign authenticates the signatory through their Aadhaar identity at the moment of signing, which suits high-volume, remote, consumer-facing execution. A Digital Signature Certificate is issued to a named individual and held on a token, which suits authorised signatories signing on behalf of a company.
Most enterprises need both, alongside physical stamping for the instruments that still require it. We run them as one workflow with one point of contact, so a document that needs an e-stamp and an eSign does not become two vendors and two reconciliations.
