Questions
Stamping, answered
The things enterprise documentation teams ask us before the first order goes in.
Which states do you cover for stamping and document execution?
We operate across Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Assam and the North-East states, and we take on additional states on request. What is available in a given state depends on that state's own regulations and on which stamping mechanisms it supports.
What is the difference between e-stamping, franking and eSBTR?
They are three different ways of paying and evidencing stamp duty. e-Stamping issues an electronic stamp certificate in states where that facility is supported. Franking impresses the duty onto the document through an authorised bank or franking agent. eSBTR is an Electronic Secure Bank Treasury Receipt, generated through a bank, and is used in Maharashtra and other states where it applies. Which one your document needs is decided by the state and the instrument, not by preference — we work that out with you before anything is procured.
Can you handle bulk and multi-state stamp paper procurement?
Yes. Bulk order management is part of the standard engagement, and a single order can span several states. You raise the requirement once with your relationship manager instead of coordinating separately with a local vendor in each state.
Do you provide consolidated GST invoicing across locations?
Yes. Billing is centralised, so documentation executed for offices in different states is consolidated rather than arriving as a set of unrelated local invoices.
Who do we deal with day to day?
A dedicated relationship manager who knows your documentation flows. That single point of contact covers every state and every stamping mechanism you use, and gives you real-time status on live orders.
Which industries do you work with?
Banking, NBFCs, FinTechs, insurance, corporates and legal firms make up the bulk of our work, along with manufacturing, real estate, auto finance, logistics, healthcare and education. The common thread is high-volume, compliance-critical documentation rather than one-off paperwork.
